Our Frisco team is comprised of talented BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCBAs are Mastered level clinicians who are responsible for each child’s treatment planning therapy goals supervision and training of therapists and parent training. RBTs are responsible for implementing the child’s treatment plan in a one on one setting and tracking data to show progress with therapy goals. When bringing on folks to our clinical team it’s important to us that Applied Behavior Analysis therapy is a true passion and longterm career choice. Our high staff retention rate speaks for itself – our employees genuinely love making a difference in the lives of children with ASD.
