ABOUT US Born in New Orleans Louisiana Dornechia George Carter M.D. is an award-winning board certified Dallas-Fort Worth area dermatologist who has called the Metroplex home since 2011. Her scope of practice encompasses medical surgical and cosmetic dermatology with a special interest in psoriasis skin of color skin cancer prevention detection and treatment. She takes pride in tailoring treatment plans for each patient’s individual needs and educating patients about their skin.
