About Albert Serur Albert Serur joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) immediately following his graduation from West Virginia University in 2011. Like many people graduating college he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do. A family friend who worked at AIL’s Home Office suggested he take a look at the career track the Company offered. “He told me to meet Simon Arias and Tommy Vena to see if this career path would be a good fit” Albert says “and I immediately fell in love with the opportunity.” Albert hit the ground running eager to start helping others protect themselves and their families.
