I incorporate therapeutic modalities that promote personal growth and change by focusing on a wholistic approach that impact mind body and soul. I specialize in mood and anxiety related disorders personal wellness self-esteem challenges related to life transitions and addiction disorders. I provide a safe non-judgmental therapeutic setting that allows clients to learn to utilize their strengths and develop new skills to regain balance and motivation in their lives.
