Here at Castaways Bistro, we hope you will feel relaxed as if you're in the Caribbean because you are! Enjoy our patio under a shady canopy or the nice cool AC that awaits you inside as one of our bartenders expertly crafts you a creamy Coco Loco or refreshing Caipirhania. Then explore the menu and sample some of Chef Lubin's fresh seafood including fish caught daily, Grilled Lobsters, Paella and other delicacies. Not a seafood fan, we have a fantastic Cajun Ribeye, or super moist stuffed chicken, pastas, salads, and even Jamablaya to try.
