Dawn comes to us with 14 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage business including origination and processing. She earned a BA from Wesleyan College in Macon GA and an MA from Washington State University in Pullman WA. Following the marriage to her husband an Eglin AFB firefighter in 2005 Dawn moved to the Fort Walton Beach area to further pursue her career in mortgage banking. Although Dawn specializes in VA financing she’s also experienced in Construction to Permanent financing options and loves helping first-time homebuyers obtain financing for their new homes.
