If you are here you are likely a seeker of healing. I appreciate your courage! My greatest passion is to work with those who are ready to embody a life beyond trauma and its effects. My life involved decades of traditional talk therapy pharmaceuticals and other widely utilized approaches to treat depression anxiety and other trauma-related effects. After years of limited progress my life took a major turn and I found deep transformation – the kind I didn’t believe was possible – through my work with Internal Family Systems Practices Somatic (body) Approaches and using Psychedelics.
