I am an American Singer-Song Writer Registered Nurse and Professor at a local community college. I have been writing songs for many years since I was nine years old actually. My love for music began when I was introduced to the Howard Theater in Washington D.C. where many great artist performed. My professional performance emerged from an appearance in a talent show in junior high school where I was asked to become a member of the girl group Essence. We toured many venues with many nationally known 'hot' artist and groups. My solo career began when the 'girls' group broke up :( I miss them still. From here I established my own band performing original music where ever. I had opportunities to tour with greats. Thank you God!
