Premier Eye Care & Surgery serves the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago from our Buffalo Grove IL location. Our physicians are here to treat all of your eye care needs with quality control and patient satisfaction being our main priority. Our seven board-certified doctors have over 100 years of combined experience.

All treatments as well as pre and post-operative visits and diagnostic testing are performed at our Buffalo Grove or Barrington offices.
